Gonana Guesthouse is Paternoster's first sustainable and environmentally conscious guest house. Owned by Swedish entrepreneur and interior designer Jonas Sandström, Gonana located right on the Bekbaai beach alongside a greenbelt is effectively off the grid and completely environmentally ethical. Gonana's guest rooms are a study of calm and tranquillity with a neutral palette that encourages you to exhale, relax and reconnect with the natural world. The dining and lounge areas allow guests to comfortably enjoy breakfast with a full sea view. The adjacent lounge area with skylights and furnished with a collection of comfortable classic leather couches is the perfect place to curl up with a book, a cup of coffee or tea and simply exhale. The wide balcony, edged with ample seating and plenty of soft comfy cushions offers an all-day outdoor 'theatre' for viewing the breathtaking sunset views over the Atlantic Ocean. Darling Lodge Guest House is an oasis on the Darling Wine Route offering a harmonious blend of old and new reflecting the romantic name of the little town. The guesthouse is an oasis of peace and tranquillity in the middle of Darling, the heartbeat on the West Coast, between the West Coast National Park and the rolling plains of the Swartland platteland.
